Emergency loans: Football League deceiving FIFA

This 'emergency loan' business is a deception.

Clubs will pretend that they absolutely desperately need to sign someone because of an injury crisis.

Football League will turn a blind eye.

FIFA will be in the dark.

That is how I understand it.
