er, the rules have changed

the transfer window didn't apply to CCC clubs last year. This year it does, so in theory it should be just like the Premiership (or at least that was how I always understood it). Does seem some confusion as to whether CCC clubs can get players in if it isn't an emergency (which usually means keepers)
