Does anyone know how the ticket numbers work at Weston Homes "Stadium"?

Ignoring the block code, say W8, does the letter of the ticket number, say C90, represent the row, i.e. A is the front row, or is it the number for the row, i.e. 1 is the front row?

Not sure how these small minded people label their ground and can't seem to find any detailed guides anywhere.

Not suggesting for one minute than any City fan would be silly enough to be buying tickets online or anything ;-)
