yes, when you want to view a post in full,

hold your finger on the post for a few seconds. A menu will flip up from the bottom. Just hit open in new page and it opens the thread up. When you're done just hit the tabs button and close that window to return to the board.

Thats what i do. It avoids major scrollage.
