I had a positive experience of Virgin trains at the weekend

Gemma and I had advance tickets on the 17:50 from Birmingham New Street to London on 28th Dec but we arrived at BNS early due to the Walsall postponement.

They changed the advance tickets at no charge so we could travel back on the earlier train, so thanks to them.

But I've had many more bad experiences than good ones.
