Home Teams should be fined for for having games postponed due to Wheather

Seems to me that clubs like us who spend money on good facilities, undersoil heating and the like get absoloutely nothing for it.
Take Blackpool for instance last 2 home games called off with frozen pitches, we know what time of year it is, there are wheather warnings all over the place- there should be no excuse.
when was the last time we had a home game called off?
we spend money getting games on and get nought, not fair in my book
