SCC - if you read the refs statement

It implies very clearly that he did not deem the pitch safe at 11.30 because he says it was considerably worse at 11.30 than at 2pm when he declared it unsafe,

Bottom line is Wallsall should have flagged this up last night and there should have been a 10am pitch inspection and which point the ref should have called it of rather than give them more time to sort it out by burning barreks of fuel on the pitch!

If Lambo persuaded him to call it off then fair play to him though. as annoyed as I was having travelled we will have a much better chance of 3 points playing them with our full team in 3 or 4 weeks time.
