I dont think Gill is a bad player at this level.

he is just way behind a number of others in the squad.
I cant see OTJ getting in unless he can play CB which is possible considering he is one of the biggest players at the club?

We need to let/loan a number of players go in Jan which can free up some wages for some quality loan players for the run in (like a Hucks type player)
