that I've had some s**tty luck in my time, in fact having lost my mother and sister 25 years ago I will have my moment tomorrow as it would have been my mums 51st Birthday and I'm 29, so she was taken at such a young age.

My friends and family help me through the tough times, but sometimes its a good time to just sit and reflect and put things into perspective.

I'm glad the boys won for you today.
