What annoys me

is that instead of trying out youngsters he buys ageing never was/never gonna be players, this should be a last resort after trying the kids out first, throwing money at things is not the solution. Ipswich, Crewe & Derby have spent about the equivalent of what we payed for Hughes between them over the past 3 years and all of them are above us in the table with a promosing young side. Youngsters only improve with first team games which sadly they do not get at this football club, (not including 10 min run outs) If we want our academy to be sucessfull we must start playing youngsters or they will sign for other clubs from a young age as they (or their parents) will know they will never get a chance at Carrow Road
