technical customer queries, worked for Inchcape as a purchaser before being made redundant and loved the job. I enjoyed negotiating contracts although I aired more on fairness to all parties and probably didn't squeeze dealerships enough. As for money, anything around 15k and I'm happy. It's so tedious doing all the applications online mind!! I'm going with glass half full, no point in being down. Positive thinking. :)
