There are plenty of radio stations that play the "real" music that you are talking about - x f m for example. The people who like pop music (and I know many of them) would turn xfm off in a shot if it was on in their car. It's just down to tastes, that's why I don't get why people get so angry about things like music. What I think about one band is purely a personal thing, I don't care if other people think it is good or not.
