It should be obvious what I meant based on the fact that very few players of note made an impact on the first team.

Obviously we never had hardly any decent talent to begin with.

What we did seem to develop was a lot of players who had some talent but had a bad attitude towards the game.

Maybe you think the youth academy did a fantastic job under Worthy?
