3 stages really...

1. Did very well for us in the Championship (playoffs followed by promotion, very good at getting money out of the board at a crucial time.
2. Clueless in the premiership, big mistakes over recruitment, thought the ginger pele was the answer up front.
3. Lost it completely after relegation, poor transfers, hoof ball week in week out, terrible away from home, and nothing was ever his fault though it was frequently the fans fault.
