I'm glad loj that makes you someone who cares...

Where I work it's all about money and stats. I'm a member of the PCS union and we were in the Eastern evening news threatning to strike next year. The way I feel at the moment is couldn't care less. If you were to just walk around Baltic house and listen in you would soon find out who cares, who's good etc. Norwich BDC is to become a call centre and I truly fear how it will be run. I could honestly go to Panorama about what goes on there but I won't. I just think there are loads of people like I have been in the past that have lost their job's and need some help. I deal with ESA,IS,IB and JSA. What get's me is that I go along way out of my well to help having been unwell in the past. When it becomes a 'Contact Centre' they will keep all those that have been there along long time, not because they are good, simply because it would cost too much to get rid of them. All I can say is when you have to claim a benefit I hope people come through to those that actually care. Sadly, in the future it won't, it will be people who have been there along time, looking after their pension and not giving a Shit. It's really gutting because I care and also I have to find a new job as well. Sod it all.
