George Monbiot does. Watson states that the only question is whether the world has warmed in the past 100 years. Nobody in the world thinks that is wrong.
A better question is has the world been as warm as now in the last 1000 years. Anecdotal evidence suggests yes, (Viking settlements and farms in Greenland currently buried under permafrost). A handful of palaeoclimatologists say no, but there are real problems with their conclusions. See 'Divergence Problem' here:

This is the decline Jones wanted to hide.
The debate is not black and white. You can believe in AGW (as I do), without believing it means the end of world. After all, the degree or so we've warmed in the past 150 years has coincided with everyone being healthier and wealthier than ever before in the history of human civilization.
