Yeah I see that now I've actually read your original post. However, I'm

relatively lucky in that my expertise is in an area that hasn't really attracted new blood since the 70's. Anyway, as I don't have a mortgage and dependents I don't really have to worry much about how much I get paid. I just need to keep working in something as the Merkin c**ts took my pension down the pan with them.
