Just spotted this from Nige:

Why is he so concerned about being mentally right?
Don't we need to be technically right as well?
How about using that time to work on defending, crossing, closing down, corners, throw ins, finishing, Green's distributuion and getting our full backs over the half way line. Just a few things which we have been terrible at so far this season.
He said after Leeds that he would have them mentally and physically ready for Stoke. He obviously failed.
