youth football makes me laugh

My son plays under 10's in the city and yesterday morning had an away match - the team they were playing were mid table , my sons are towards the bottom - at half time with the opposition leading 2 -1 their managers call was " lets see how many we can win by !!! " oh how I laughed when my sons team won 3 -2 - the final whistle was followed by the oppositon manager , coach and 2 fathers go after the ref for a perceived penalty - the incident was two boys pushing each other , the player got his shot away and it was just wide - at that point the appeal was made , we also had the players refusing to shake hands ( my son when refused a hand shake turned to me and grinned ) followed by a manager / coach threatening one of our parents as well !!!

All a bit petty , but highly amusing
