SKY, PS3 or XBOX for VOD?

I want Video on Demand on TV to watch the occasional movie.

I don't know if you can get it on SKY TV without a monthly subscription?

I don't play games but I've read that the PS3 and Xbox both have VOD.

Which is the best for VOD and perhaps playing Divx files?
