1. So after relegation last year what are you r plans this year? are you aiming for automatic promotion?

Yes and the way things are going we are hopefully in with a shout. What happens in January will be crucial (i.e. if we have to sell any players) but if we can keep the squad intact most fans are confident we can be pushing Charlton for that second place spot.

2. You started the season with Gunn in charge then switched to Lambert after he left Colchester are fans happier with the latter?

Do bears sh*t in the woods? There is no comparison. Lambert is a proper manager. Gunn wasn't.

3. How were your transfer dealings in the transfer and loan market any good signings?

A real mixed bag in the summer. Holt, Hughes and Askou all look good signings but conversely we have already shown the door to two of Gunn's signings and 3 or 4 more look iffy. We have recently brought in Martin and Mcnamee on loan with a view to signing in January and, whilst it is too soon to judge, both look to have filled what were previously gaps in the squad.

4. Are you looking forward to/have played any teams this year?

No particular team stands out. Generally I look forward to most games as we tend to win a lot more than we used to. After the recent antics of the Colchester chairman I guess Col U away may be a bit feisty.

5. What has been your general style of play/tactics this year? Is this likely to change for the game against Oldham?

Generally we seem to have got back to passing the ball on the floor and are playing some really good football. I guess how we play against oldham depends on how you approach the game but if, like some others, you come to keep it tight we may end up having to go a bit more direct!

6. You currently lie 3rd after beating Southend 0-3 on Tuesday , fair result?

Yes although the 3 nil margin maybe slightly flattering.

7. Who are Norwich?s key player/players? Who should the Oldham fans keep an eye out for on Saturday?

Grant Holt, Wes Hoolahan and Chris Martin are the ones that will hurt you although Darell Russell and Jens Bertel Askou have both also been key players in our revival.

8. Who do you think will win League One this season? Any outsiders or surprises?

Leeds. I don't think they are as good as they are made out to be but it seems to be their year and they have a knack of winning games late when they haven't played that well.

9. How do you think Oldham will do this season?

I thought you would be pushing for the playoffs at the start of the season but would now say mid-table seems most likely.

10 And finally, what score do you think the game will be on Tuesday?

I assume you mean Saturday? Will go for 3-1 City.
