It must be very hard to motivate the players at the moment. The core of the team have just been through a season where they've given everything, achieved only 5 wins, and suffered a relegation to boot.

Add that to the first couple of games not going their way and they must be pretty miserable. A couple of flukey goals, a first win and they should hold their heads up a bit higher.

Was great to hear 'we love you norwich' last night tho, that's the kind of attitude we need.
