Real lack of a leader

We lack somebody organsing play, in defence and midfield - I watched Flemking on Saturday and in contrast to what neal adams says fleming is quiet on the park.

I reckon that as we dont have the creative players the organisation should be far better. We really dont look too compact as a unit.
