Maybe you can compare to MLS, but not to the other "American" sports. They are just so different.

The other massive difference is the lack of relegation or divisions.

But yes, s**t teams turn around far quicker. There is no guarantee that you'll win the championship - once you get to the sharp end it's always an even playing field, but you rarely see the same team finish worst more than a year or so in a row.
