sadly Chile is the least mental country in SA

although they are fairly mental. Now Bolivia, Peru or Venezuela, or Brazil, Argentina, and Colombia, now they are properly mental. Easy to have bizarre adventures in places such as these.
Chile is like a poorer, spanish-speaking version of New Zealand
