No, I don't agree. Perhaps when talking about the sale and purchase of players (board too easy to sell, or too tight purse strings) but I don't think your average fan has anywhere enough knowledge to make a sound critisism in that area.

But as far as team selection, on-pitch tactics, use of substitutes are concerned the manager is totally open for critisism which makes no comment on the board.
