I agree with the "dont help them, it's their fault part", but...

you have got it wholly wrong with the current playing squad. Yes, they are mostyl from the Midlands, but the vast majority are failed youth players from bigger clubs who dont earn s**t, and a mixture of last chance saloon reprobates. It is far from a big wage bill there - quite the opposite this season.
