Lambert would replace him with a proper pacey left winger, and change the formation accordingly. On the basis that Wes is a bit of a one-off.

Whereas, could we really fit a proper winger in the current formation, ie with Wes there?

Don't like where these thoughts are leading me though, so will probably stop there.
