on legalisation, with monies being pumped into treatment rather than punishment of users? I believe the same effect was seen in Switzerland re heroin use.

Seems f**king hypocritical in the extreme for some authority to tell me I can use potentially deadly drug (and allow advertising for it), while if I use another I'll go to prison
