1. ok we're not out of it yet but if left much longer we will be.

2. His record is decent granted but his flawed tactics and selections have been obvious throughout his regime. His success has been based largely on spirit and teamwork and that is badly lacking this season.

4. Apart from the fact that our strikers can't score and Leon's confidence in particular has been destroyed. We have no decent midfielder to play alongside Safri and that defence looks as crap in tis league as it did in the prem.
