mmm. Was thinking only yesterday...

....that I should get back into egg-poaching, like I used to when it was just me and Mrs Hawes.

Problem is, how do you poach eggs for four so that everyone gets theirs, hot and ready, at the same time, so you can have a nice communal breakfast?

Guess some sort of contraption like you posted is the answer. Unless any wrathers have an alternative solution....?
