Speaking for myself, it's not the league position that's the issue

it's that all the flaws we've long known about with worthy - the aversion to midfielders, playing people out of position, having favourites no matter what, in particular refusing to recognise when they're past it, refusal to play the youngsters, refusing to make changes during a game - are clearly now coming home to roost.

Another defeat last night was completely predictable, and there are going to be a lot more of them until something changes. Would like to think Worthy has it in him to make those changes, but all the evidence suggests he doesn't.
