If so, that's one seriously sh*t PR advisor they've got there (either that or they ignore the one they have).

Anyone even a quarter decent would have told them you rise above these things - the last thing you wanna do is get dragged down to the level of a nutter like Keane. (Or even below it - that's more abusive than anything he actualy said.)
