Cheaper

although it is known to be the most expensive city in Poland (due to its touristy side). Not sure about fags, but beer was pretty cheap (not a vodka drinker but there's plenty of it there), local food was ok, was there in Jan so the borsch (steaming hot beetroot soup with the consistency and colour of blood) was very welcome!
All in all, a great place (and definitely better than Bungay!).
