soemone should tell Worthy. Charlton have established themselves in teh top flight without ever seriously being in relegation trouble without ever having a top drawer 20-goal-a-seaon striker. Because Curbishley has concentrated on his midfield, knowing that if you can boss the game there you have an excellent chance of getting a result and even average strikers will be quite adequate. They have a 5 man midfield (as did Everton in overachieving last season) and we have a 3 man one. In modern football we are simply tactically not up with the plot.
