Laptop advice please

My daughter has just become the UK agent for a range of French jewelry and needs a lappy that's up to the job. She says she needs a fast processor and long battery life with a screen around 13in as she's going to have to hoik it around everywhere and she's only a diddy little thing.

there was a thread on here about laptops recently: anyone remember how long ago? I tend to scroll back looking for these things only to find out they were longer ago than I thought.
