I dont want people to think im tight and dont approve of charity but....

I'm wondering whether the kid in the video on children in need, whos mates used to go round torching cars and houses in hull and wanted somewhere to hang out and play pool, deserved the 60k as much as the kid who couldnt communicate and had a curved spine because of illness....
