They played at f**king Selhurst, for christ's sake. If there was that much heart and soul there they'd have found a way to survive in Merton. The council there just saw through the blinkered hand-wringing and realised there was very little club left to save.

There was very little heart and soul left there. The extremely small hardcore started a club of similar stature...AFC Wimbledon.
