Interesting Lambert interview on CW.

Pretty obvious from his comments in the press he doesn't fancy Whaleys attitude.
I think Lambert cares more about attitude than skill.

Talks about Norwich as the first "proper" football club he has been manager of.

He loves the pressure/expectancy of the big fan base.

He sounded very genuine and quite relaxed when he said he was loving every minute of it.

When he said Norwich was the first proper club, I said to myself.......
"Funny you should say that as you are the first proper manager we have had in a long long time"

He laughed off suggestions M'boro wanted Wes, said he could go for 8 or 9 million...... LOL
Obviously it was the first he had heard of it.

Was happy to sign Forster but obviously we just cannot afford to buy him as Newcastle rate him.

That kind of suggests we might have tried to buy him and been rejected.
