I am starting to think that maybe a change is necessary.

I know there are those who think that to talk of sacking worthy is heresy because of all he has done, but i am starting to think that we should maybe look at changing our manager.

It seems to me that we have gone very stale and there is no spark at this football club whatsoever. It happens at many clubs when a manager stays there for a period of time, and it isnt easy to say why it happens, but it does.

Right now we are going nowhere and I am starting to think that the players may have lost their belief in the manager. Now it doesnt matter that some fans still rave about worthy, because if the players lose faith then that is the beginning of the end.

We have a squad full of players that should be able to perform at the highest end of this division but it just isnt happening. Maybe the introduction of a young hungry manager like Newell would be just the thing to get us going.

Something needs to be done and fast.
