I've been so many different weights over the years that I don't know what the "right" weight is
When I was a schoolboy playing Easter Counties rugby I was 13 stone 7. When I was trying to get a rugby blue at university I was 14 stone. When I gave up rugby and took up boxing I was 11 stone 6, then when I was boxing with the rough boys in Beffnall Green I was 11 stone (and 10 stone 6 for six months, which was f**king sandpapering it off). When I got married at 26 I was 13 stone again. After slipping two discs so I can't run any more I went up to 14 and a half and after developing a serious Pret a Manger habit I got to 16!
I guess I'm intrigued to see how low I can take it. So far this is all on calorie reduction, I haven't built in any exercise yet (carrying too many injuries at the mo)
