Understandable.

I've been around people tripping when I haven't been, and it's usually been quite entertaining.

I've been around people pissed when I'm not (a lot), and it's varied, but usually it's a good laugh.

I've been around people on coke when I'm not, and i's uncomfortable sometimes, but often they open up and I really enjoy their company.

I've been around people stoned when I'm not and those time have been some of the slowest hours of my life. Overwhelmingly boring.
