Incidently, wouldn't it be utterly rubbish if a 3G foon *didn't* support GPRS?

Are there any like that? Given that 3G coverage is a bit patchy (here at least), it would be the s**ttest thing ever[*] if in the absence of a 3G signal you couldn't get any data. My Mum's house has no 3G, and that's NR2 - not far from the city centre at all.
