It's an issue with 3G. Vodafone were the first to launch it over here. After doing

a training course on how it worked, we joked that we should all go out, get a Vodafone pre-paid SIM, and stand in the middle of the Hague downloading videos together until the cell shrunk so much the coverage was almost nothing.

Didn't do it though, but that's how it would work.
