i admit it to watching it, I'm not proud of it but for a number of reasons

Firstly - The auditions where they get the freaks who can't sing to make a fool of themselves is reasonable television.

Secondly - By this time you're sucked in and have to watch to see what happens, any show where there's some sort of elimination at the end of it is watchable

Thridly - It makes me feel slightly better about myself, that for all my faults, I'm still safe in the knowledge that I'm further evolved than a large amount of this nation

Fourthly - I like to root for the black contestants

Fifthly - I'm a television addict and should really know better
