I know that I could be executed for treason
but I don't like English mustard so anything with it is wrong as far as I'm concerned. But I'd expect cranberry with turkey and apple with pork anyway.
I think cold poached salmon can take quite a lot of different flavours though so I'd be prepared to be less of a fascist on this one.
