When not winning always thoughtful, we are optimistic, keep work up, keep frustration out of it. Look where it finds us, we need to keep a calm head and keep working?

Biggest thing you need to work on..?

Keep clean sheets, gets you points gets you prizes, as a group we need to be more resilient defending, more ruthless at the other end. Its the normal things in football, got to keep working.

Transfer window?

No doubt about that, need to enhance what we have and what we have to spend. Work has been ongoing, but not alot of clubs are letting players out, if there is something there we will try to do it.
