Like it's been said before on here...

The biggest problem is our squad. It's far to small. Even when we played a supposed small club like Crewe, I was sitting looking at the back of the programme and they had 10 more first teamers than us.

Fleming, for example, knows he can play s**t and there is nobody there to take his place.
