Good question

The buck stops with the players. Their happy to take the credit when things are all chocolate cake, sweetness and roses. Now its time for the lazy bastards to earn their corn. Management can only do so much on the training pitch. Good apples dont just turn bad overnight and neither do managers or coaches.
