FA insurer in Ashton claim
Insurance Times
West Ham United is to claim ?7m from the FA?s insurance for its striker Dean Ashton?s left ankle that was broken at his first England training session, the Times reports. Ashton, 26, broke his ankle with England in August 2006 in a collision with Shaun Wright-Phillips, the Manchester City winger who was playing for Chelsea at the time. Ashton could consider making an insurance claim against the FA and/or Wright-Phillips, the Times reports. Although Ashton has managed to play since, he has been dogged by the injury and will be forced to retire this week.

WW2 I know, but I can't expect them to keep pace with the wrath!
